I was fortunate to have teachers, mentors, and directors throughout my journey who paved a holistic approach to movement through mindfulness and authenticity. As an educator it is my duty to provide an experience for students to bring their whole selves to the table, practice essential techniques, and hone their internal world through their movement and meditation.

As a creative, I strive to bring stories to life through movement. Whether it's choreographing musical theatre, directing music videos, providing movement direction for short films, or carefully curating an art show, I offer an experience to help you cultivate a well-rounded experience for your audience.

My writing is a reflection of my life experiences, including teaching, travel, and upbringing, and embodies a deep commitment to authenticity and embodiment.
