I was fortunate to have teachers, mentors, and directors along my path who paved a holistic approach to movement through mindfulness and authenticity. As an educator it is my duty to provide an experience for students to bring their whole selves to the table, practice essential techniques, and hone their internal world through their movement and meditation.
